These terms describe the permitted use of the ExoSquare website and its content. “ExoSquare”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer collectively to Exosquare Limited in Hong Kong (business registration number 75803217) and Exosquare Pty. Ltd. in Australia (ACN 621 091 254), as relevant to the activity concerned.

These terms concern website use. Any commissioned work, separately supplied service or licensed software is subject to its own agreed terms or licence. This website does not itself provide an account, subscription or purchasing service.

The website shares writing, project records and experimental work. Content is provided for general information and may describe work in progress, provisional findings or approaches that are not suitable for every situation. Read a project’s status, evidence and stated limitations alongside its results.

Content is not tailored professional advice or a promise that an experiment will deliver a particular result. You should assess its suitability for your circumstances and obtain appropriate advice before relying on it for consequential decisions.

You may browse the website and share links to its public pages. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website’s operation or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with ExoSquare.

Automated access must not place an unreasonable load on the website or bypass access restrictions. Where a feed is available, use it in a way that respects these requirements and any applicable content licence.

Rights in the website’s writing, design and other material remain with their respective owners. Publication does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to republish, adapt or commercially exploit that material.

You may view the site and make copies needed for ordinary browsing. Any further use must be permitted by applicable law, an express licence or the relevant rights holder. Preserve applicable attribution and notices when reusing material.

Some projects, code or assets have separate licences. Those licences govern the material they cover and take precedence over these terms for that use. Links and QR codes may take you to independent websites, repositories or applications. We do not control their content, availability or practices. A link does not, by itself, imply endorsement or a business relationship. Review the destination’s terms and privacy information before using it.

We aim to present information accurately, but content may contain errors or become out of date. We may correct, update or remove content and change or suspend parts of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, current or free from error.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including applicable consumer rights.

Subject to those rights, the website and its informational content are provided as available, without a guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. This provision does not exclude liability that applicable law requires us to retain.

We may revise these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. Revisions will be published here with an updated date and apply prospectively, subject to any notice required by law. They do not change a separate agreement or project licence.
