We build software and explore questions about technology through experiments and writing. The work is a place to show the thinking, evidence, and lessons alongside the result.
Some questions lead to useful systems. Others change what we try next. Both deserve a careful record.
How we work
We value room to explore, clear context, and thoughtful follow-through. People should be able to ask questions, test an idea, and say when they do not know.
Project records make room for what failed and what changed. Claims about results belong with the evidence that supports them.
